HR Manager (L&D and OPERATIONS)

Role Overview:
The organization seeks an accomplished HR professional with demonstrated expertise in communication training, soft skills development, and Learning & Development program design, complemented by hands-on experience in HR operations and HRIS implementation. This role will focus on enhancing employee capabilities through structured learning interventions, managing seamless onboarding experiences, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency through technology-enabled HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and deliver high-impact soft skills training, communication enhancement programs, and behavioral training interventions across all employee levels to build organizational capability
· Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis through competency assessments, performance gap identification, and stakeholder consultations to develop structured Learning & Development programs aligned with business requirements and strategic priorities
· Lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of HRIS platforms with strong preference for Zoho People or equivalent systems, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and process automation
· Architect and execute comprehensive onboarding programs ensuring seamless integration, accelerated productivity, and exceptional new joiner experience through structured orientation, buddy systems, and continuous engagement touchpoints
· Design and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, internal communication campaigns, town halls, cultural activities, and organization-wide programs to strengthen organizational culture and employee connectedness
· Plan, coordinate, and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in alignment with organizational mission, stakeholder expectations, and statutory compliance requirements under applicable regulations
· Support end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, documentation workflows, personnel file maintenance, HR policy administration, and HR data governance ensuring accuracy and compliance
· Monitor training program effectiveness through participant feedback mechanisms, learning assessments, knowledge retention metrics, and post-training performance improvement tracking to demonstrate ROI on learning investments
· Collaborate proactively with business leaders, department heads, and functional managers to identify skill gaps, competency deficiencies, and recommend targeted development interventions and capability-building solutions
· Maintain comprehensive training records, learning management system databases, HR operational reports, statutory registers, and documentation related to employee development initiatives ensuring audit readiness and compliance
· Support digitization of HR processes, automation initiatives, employee self-service enablement, and continuous improvement projects to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience
· Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle management for India and US-based employees including structured onboarding programs, exit management, compliance documentation, statutory filings, and cross-border HR processes in close collaboration with the respective stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, process consistency, and positive employee experience across both locations.
· Manage employee disciplinary actions including investigations, documentation, progressive discipline implementation, and resolution of conduct-related issues in compliance with organizational policies and labor law requirements
· Support the complete performance management lifecycle from a learning perspective including training managers on effective feedback delivery, designing performance review templates, conducting calibration workshops, developing competency frameworks, creating post-review development resources, and measuring training impact on performance ratings
· Facilitate performance management follow-through by translating performance review insights into structured learning programs, coordinating performance improvement plans (PIPs), conducting competency gap analysis, recommending development interventions, and monitoring skill enhancement progress aligned with appraisal feedback
Key Competencies Required:
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with proven ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver impactful learning experiences
· Strong expertise in training program design, adult learning methodologies, instructional design principles, and experiential learning facilitation techniques
· Hands-on experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, user training, and change management with technical proficiency in Zoho People or similar cloud-based HR platforms
· High emotional intelligence, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and interpersonal effectiveness with ability to build trusted relationships across organizational levels
· Strong organizational skills, execution excellence, project management capabilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments
· Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle management for India and US-based employees including structured onboarding programs, exit management, compliance documentation, statutory filings, and cross-border HR processes in close collaboration with the respective stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, process consistency, and positive employee experience across both locations.
Proficiency in employee discipline management, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and legal compliance
