What You’ll Be Doing

You’re the architect of what’s next. As an Ai Strategist, you’ll work with our clients to design bold, actionable roadmaps that turn AI potential into measurable business impact. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with sharp business insight, guiding organizations through the strategy, planning, and integration of AI solutions that redefine how they operate. Your work will put Iteria.us at the forefront of AI innovation—helping our clients compete smarter, faster, and better.

• Lead consulting sessions with client leadership to design AI strategies and roadmaps that deliver real results
• Translate high-level vision into concrete, achievable AI integration plans
• Partner with executives, technical teams, and external stakeholders to align AI initiatives with core business objectives
• Keep your finger on the pulse of AI trends, technologies, and regulations, ensuring our clients—and Iteria.us—stay ahead of the curve
• Create and implement training programs that equip client teams to embrace and maximize AI tools in their day-to-day operations

Who You Are

You think like a strategist, act like a builder, and talk like a trusted advisor. You’re just as comfortable in a boardroom shaping the future as you are whiteboarding AI workflows with technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or AI certifications (e.g., MIT’s AI Implications for Business Strategy) are a plus
• 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or technology strategy, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
• Proven success delivering AI strategies that generate measurable business value
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, and NLP technologies
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and data privacy frameworks
• Strong communicator able to simplify complex concepts for any audience
• Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
